Speaking on Omanâs FM âBoiling Pointâ last Thursday, the maverick politician accused the police of spreading falsehood about him.
He said: âThe Police are warned, if they donât take care theyâll forever regret their actions.
âBecause they asked me a question about Abu Jinapor and I told them I donât have any information on Abu. Now I believe itâs the police who are spreading such falsehood and it has gone viral on social media.
âYou inform the media that youâve invited Ken Agyapong and even go ahead to say he fought when he came to meet the police when Iâve not stepped my foot there, then you turn around and give me a call wanting to see me.ââ
On the same show, he vowed not to cooperate with the police to back his corruption allegation.
Meanwhile Mrs Owusu-Ekuful has challenged him to provide evidence of corruption against her. According to her, the allegation by the Mr Agyapong were âpatently false,â adding that it is âunwarranted and scurrilous.â
